IN CASE WE HAVEN’T MET…

Hi, I’m Steph

I’m a certified relationship coach who specialises in helping people break free of insecurity and anxiety to create safe, loving & connected relationships.

I’m also a very human work-in-progress — and I like to think that’s why my work resonates with so many of you. I always chuckle at the number of people who say “It’s like you’re inside my head!” — because really, I’m just inside my own head and it happens to look remarkably similar to yours! It’s powerful to know we aren’t alone.

My philosophy is that relationships can be incredibly healing, when we are courageous enough to do the messy and ongoing work of tending to them.

It’s not always comfortable, but it’s worth it.

Thanks for being here & for your support of On Attachment. I’m so very proud and humbled by what this community has grown into, and look forward to continuing to support you on your path to wholeness and healthy love.
